Let me give you a quick sketch of the journey that led me to create Grazing Caraibes, the first caterer to offer real masterpieces to eat on the island of Saint Barth and the Caribbean islands.
My Story
I arrived in St Barths in 1993... I immediately loved this island of extraordinary beauty, full of simplicity, elegance and freedom.

I worked for a long time in one of the most beautiful hotels on the Island. There I immersed myself in the world of luxury, discretion and precision.
​
My escapade in the Metropolis for around ten years led me to create one of the first Wedding planner agencies and at the same time to collaborate with the most prestigious caterers in the South West as a Maitre d'hôtel. I am experienced in organizing and catering.
​
My passion, my meditation, is cooking, simple, seasonal with products chosen for their seasonality and harmony of taste.
I concoct my little recipes, my taste pairings according to my imagination.
I compose my buffets with fruits, vegetables, cheeses, cold meats, snacks/sandwiches, fresh salads, etc. edible flowers, bouquets and many other pretty surprises.

I create original, unique compositions based on the products I find on the shelves so that the event is exceptional and perfect.

Ma passion, ma méditation à moi, c'est la cuisine, simple, de saison avec des produits choisis pour leur saisonnalité et l'harmonie du goût.

Je concocte mes petites recettes, mes accords gustatifs au gré de mon imagination.
Je compose mes buffets avec des fruits, des légumes, des fromages, des charcuteries, des snacking/sandwiches, des salades fraiches, des fleurs comestibles, des bouquets et bien d'autres jolies surprises.

Je crée des compositions originales, uniques en fonction des produits que je trouve sur les étales pour que l'événement soit exceptionnel, parfait.

Mon grand plaisir est de composer mes buffets avec une décoration florale qui donne relief et couleur à mes oeuvres à croquer. Indispensable pour créer un univers unique, rien que pour vous.
